I wonder if anyone has (or will) read this and thought “now what the fuck is happening here? 202 strips and I haven’t followed a single one!”
Because I look at the art when I’m done, often, and think I crammed too much in. or somehow didn’t let it breathe enough.
uh. anywho.
the idea here is that the wife laments the beasts death. (made more sense when he was her beloved Puman. maybe I should put that back in? maybe she could drink his blood, but not kill him?)
anywho. we see a shadowy robot behind her. (the same one that killed him).
then the doctor appears and smashes the robot, saving her.
she looks back with tears fears and anger glare.
(originally meant to just be her weeping and fragile. but. hard to draw. and seems a lightweight simple emotion/state-o-mind? )
p.s. I just drew her tears black so they’d show up. maybe it imlies they’re blood or somthing? maybe I should change? Or maybe her face could be splashed with blood in previous strip?
p.p.s. I tweaked the last strip slightly. Keep drawing heads too large.
