booyah.
just finished watching season 2 of buffy (for the second time. rewatching the whole series with my girlfriend). damnitall, that team knows how to tell a story.
too bad there aren’t many if any emotions at playhere in the wasteland story I’m farting out. thbbt. hmmf.
well, here we see:
1. the doc throw the needle in the opposite direction.
2. run up and shove his hand through the gate, struggling to reach a keypad.
3. doc smiles as something goes click. in the background we see the wife injecting herself, and the bodyguard beast looking at her to see what happens.
the idea is that the doctor seems to have lost, except for the mystery of what that click is about. should probably be multiple clicks. or clickety clacks. i mean. I wasn’t trying to imply that the door unlocked. that would make his captors seem incredibly incompetent. hmm. HMM. again, that is not the case.
the click means something else. but don’t know how to better represent the clickities here. hmm.
