VIDHERO WEB STRIPS

Home from work == working on web comic.

Was planning to crank through, spending 5 minutes or less on each of the remaining strips (approx 83 left, you see. you see this from the countdown).
turns out : that hasn’t worked out.
I should set a timer. (only one strip down, which I spent way too much time on it). (this strip that is).

I should also give up on this crazy notion that I can run a netflix movie on the mac while drawing on the PC. mayyyybe a comedian’s stand up routine movie. because it’s audio only. (maybe a dvd commentary…). even then, i feel bad not devoting my full attention.

but a full movie, even a shitty movie, is impossible for me to ignore. I always end up turning, and letting my PC go to sleep, while i devote full peepers to the movie. in this case “Felon” starring stephen dorff and val kilmer. not bad really. ugly look at how much life sucks as a prison inmate. wayyyy better than the straight-to-video drek i expected. hmm.

anywho.

- in today’s strip, we see the 2 dudes entering an underground hallway. this 3-strip sequence is going to be a BIG DEAL for the 2 dudes.

- I think my original script was implying only the final strip (the day after tomorrow strip) would be a “locked off shot”. but. oh well. I think I can do all three from this locked off perspective. and it feels like i need to, to emphasize the gravitas of the reveal.
which is coming. day after tomorrow. weee!
