annnnd. looks like that rope… it caught that gun.

this one was “scripted” to have the rope landing three times, and the third time we see it’s caught the gun.

then i started drawing it and thought “fuck that – that’s boring.” so i drew the first frame to be the gun dragging. then I was going to have the dude pulling. then holding the gun high up in victory!

and after I drew that first frame (now the final frame you see…), it occurred to me that the whole point here was that they weren’t going to be able to hold the gun. because of the radiation. maybe you didn’t know that, but i knew that. i just forgot that temporarily. sooo.
then i remembered why it was three strikes. it was to establish that it wasn’t easy, but eventually they got a good stick. sooo.
fuck.

so i figured if the first frame showed it good and stuck between the sight, then i could cheap out on the second frame (as if it had been pulled over), and the third frame could become “oh that’s what happenened: it’s being dragged now”. yeppers.

sooo. woof. as usual. a lot of work and thought for a boring strip that takes about 2 seconds to read and yawn at. FUCK!

drawing this gun is a major bitch. i don’t really like guns that much. so. i should have picked a bit more simple looking gun. oops. bleh.

anywho. whatever! weee! guns being dragged! yay!
