I must admit I looked at my script for this (and the following two strips, which are part of this short sequence), and my first thought was: wut?
uhhh.
I’m throwing it up for now. but. i reserve the right to go back and re-write.
… also, i’m not sure if it’s good or bad that there is direct mention of blood sugar. i mean, i believe it’s been mentioned in this storyline before… and a friend mentioned they didn’t notice it… soooo… maybe it’s good. but it also feels like I’m just fucking with the audience. teasing. … but.
for now, i can’t rethink it. (for it is actually friday night when I am writing this, and i must head off to Portland ASAP!)
