Sooo.
Maybe I shouldn’t always start off with “here is what you’re seeing”. like some kind of horrible power point presentation. (Maybe I don’t.)

I just noticed that this “2 dudes” storyline looks a little like ben templesmith art. Sloppy lines, and heavy copper texture. This was not my goal, consciously. I wanted it to be more hard square pixels. Like etch-a-sketch meets video distortion blocks. … Need to think of a way to get back to that (maybe heavily pixellating the centers of clouds?).

I just added in a burnt orange fade layer to try and convey that they are forever slipping deeper into radiation. (This is why it’s always greys on the left, and bright oranges on the right. This faded gradient layer that is multiplying. or coloring. or something).
hmm.

Anywho, ok, story. The idea is that the 2 dudes are still huddled waiting for the dangerous radioactive milky rain to stop, but can now see that their makeshift shelter is clearly filling with the deadly fluid.
It hovers right above their heads. It even seeps through the pores of the trash tarp thing. oh noooooo.
What will happen next! Poor bastards!

….
Should probably just have one guy, in the background, looking up in the first frame. Both in the second. And maybe a reflection of them in the third. hmm. maybe with the wrist gizmo glowing pink again (to emphasize the message : they will probably need to move again, soon).
