It will probably help people enjoy this if i comment each day.

The ultimate goal for this web strip is to quickly work out the art and dialog for a full printed comic. Like writing a sentence each day, and hoping there’s a novel at the end of the year.

Each page will have 3 strips (3×3 grid). Thus every 3 strips you read is actually one full page. I’m debating whether it would be worthwhile to show this. If it were a strict “3 times a week” comic, it might be nice to show the page building up (just check in on Friday to see all 3 strips for that week as one page). But I hope to move faster than this. and it might be annoying to click through strips and see repeats as they build up. meh?

Overall, the idea is that I can whip up small parts easily, on a regular basis, and you can enjoy taking part in the formation of a story (if you want to).

Then if it seems people dug it, I will go ahead and polish the art, and pay to print out the whole collection as a graphic novel (perhaps with some extra concept art, and a forward? I certainly wouldn’t try to port all these rambling daily texts though. Have no fear).

Methinks the trick these days is to offer value for free online, then offer a different kind of unique value for those that want to have something physical.
