INsights: Originally, this was to have the same final frame as the last strip. heh.
But that seemed to possibly cross a line (in ambiguity town). Really this is all about the first line. Someone said that a dinner gathering recently. I can’t remember the context. But i wrote it down on the lid of my to-go-box, certain it had deadly power.
as usual, I’m not sure i surrounded that line with the proper garnish and dressing to really do it justice. but. wee. at least it is there. woot!
Dunno if it’s obvious. or worthwhile, but the third frame is meant to have two meanings. a sort of psychology test for the viewer. not that they’ll notice. not that either optional meaning is funny. hmm. not sure why i keep thinking these ambiguous lines are so neato. hmmf.
I dunno. not much else to say. prepping to fly to california for the weekend, for a good friend’s wedding. Planning to make monday’s strip right now, so I don’t have to think when I return monday night. As I’ll be packing up and heading south immediately to start my new job on tuesday! MY GOODNESS!
