INsights: Guilt by omission.I’m less and less optimistic that i’ve landed this certain special job. And yet, I still feel the strong need to censor these personal public ramblings. And in a way, it makes this strip seem funnier. I think it ends up being more involving, in an interesting way, when you have to puzzle out the naughty bits. And it feels less like my fault for being perverse, and more the readers fault for their solutions to simple puzzles. hmm. and i like how it gets progressively harder, like a game ramping up difficulty.
On the other hand, maybe no one will puzzle out what’s behind the black bars, and maybe this is an epic fail. hmm.
Originally, there were no black censor blocks planned. and it’d intended to show Viddy looking out a bank window with a gun in his hands, seeing the black and whites amassing outside. I thought it would be funny if the cops way of dealing with two crazed bank robbers spraying LSD on everything was to approach with giant Unicorn heads strapped on, with agressively amorous intentions. I’m not sure why i thought this should or could be censored. hmmf.
Anywho. Although it’s kind of another cop out, on many levels, i’m fond of it. perhaps because it’s late and i’m a little congested. I just wish i’d had some ideas for some sort of background. my only regret.
