INsights: Minimal. Inside joke factor: critical.Basically I read this WIRED Magazine article about “the petabyte age,” and wrangled endlessly with it’s suggestion that the new science was no science. Surely the article’s author’s thesis will be about as memorable as a fart in the whirlwind. but it still sticks in my craw. What the fuck mate? science dead? no need to understand the “why” anymore? god did it piss me off. well blah. epic fail for any sort of readership these comics have, no doubt. i can probably count the number of people who read that article and pondered it on my mutated foot (which has merely a few thousand toes. for counting).
i’m still wrangly. wrangling with it. and it’s late. sooo. quick strip. Got back from a couple days of camping today. saw (and dug) the dark knight. Gotta get up early tomorr to spend a couple days traveling with family. Gotta focus on a better focus for these insights. hmm.
